This Is A Tension Fit Screen as Original and Made In The UK Using Modern High Quality Materials.
Method
1. Position Rubber Strip Round Inside Of Headlamp Hole and Use Tape to Hold In Position, (Original Did Not Have This)
2. Place Spring through Both Holes in Base of Screen * Screen Will Now Bend Under Load Don't Be Alarmed.
3. Place Screen on Scooter by Gently Prizing It On. It May Need A Little Persistence As It Is A Tight Fit.
4. If The Screen Is Off For Any Length Of Time Undo One End Of The Spring To Release The Tension. |
